Octane® Realty & Development is the real estate division of Octane®, focusing on development throughout Southern California and Arizona.  Our primary focus for the last decade has been on building modern, urban, mixed-use developments, and converting or replacing underutilized office and retail space to residential units to help expand California’s housing supply.  Octane has also made investments in operational office buildings and shopping centers. We  also offer entitlement, development, and construction support services.  Featured below are some of our residential projects:

Arista – A conversion of an under-performing office tower with additional units added on top of an adjacent garage

Domaine 39 – Replaced half of an unsuccessful Macy’s store

388 Cordova – A conversion of a high-vacancy office tower with additional units added on top of an adjacent garage

Vestalia – Replaced an Office Depot store

482 Arroyo – Replaced an auto body shop

The J. Grant – Replaced a doctor’s office which had replaced an old radio station location

The Burton – Built on under-utilized land

The Livingstone – Converted from an under-performing long-term-occupancy hotel

1407 W. Glenoaks – Replaced a closed restaurant
